Hired and managed over 400 people during the seasonal production peak period.• Processed and coordinate the payroll and check delivery for two locations in California (Hayward, and Redwood City, CA).• Managed four different temporary agencies for staffing needs.• Worked in a human resources assistant capacity for the Shutterfly human resources manager.• Working with Shutterfly's Supervisors, safety manager's and corporate team to reduce accidents at the plant.
