Define and deliver master data requirements for the SAP S4/Hana Digital Transformation, focused on aligning the master data design with data governance principles for the accounting and finance process areas. Deliverables include material, customer and vendor master data, and all phases from analysis, design, building and testing through conversion/implementation and post implementation support. Also responsible for the delivery of the HR Mini Master solution, delivering the human capital data requirements for the full spectrum of business processes - from product innovation to customer ordering and warehouse management, and finally through plant maintenance and financial tracking.

Responsible for maintaining the demand plan for multiple categories in the GP Professional portfolio of products. Drive continuous improvement within the Demand Planning organization by providing senior leadership with intelligence to anticipate and react to changing market conditions and customer behavior. Also provide the demand planning team with leadership, training and tools needed to ensure the highest possible forecast accuracy, fill rates and service levels. Point of contact for the IT Business Systems group to ensure that systems performance and tool portfolio are properly aligned with business expectations to capture target ROI.

Service delivery for the catalog of IT capabilities provided for the Retail and GP Pro business segments, specifically for the Supply Chain Planning business groups. Extensive systems knowledge applied to implement and provide functional system and business process support across a broad spectrum of applications used for Supply Chain planning (forecasting, production planning and distribution planning) and execution (deployment). More than 10 years of project management experience; including projects spanning acquisitions, divestitures, software implementations and small projects to extend the footprint and/or capabilities of the existing application catalog. Also provide the demand plan and associated analytics for the Plates and Plastics category as part of the GP Professional (B2B) planning group, working directly with the Category manager to ensure that customer service levels and financial/manufacturing/inventory targets are met.

This portfolio included diversified investment instruments (cash, subsidiary companies, stocks, bonds, commericial and residential real estate, etc.). Extensive real estate project management experience, delivering new commercial and residential developments and a major office building renovation in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee and Ohio. Also managed and developed short and long term strategy for custom and 3rd party software applications used for asset management, accounting and project managment.
