As part of a central project team managing this global project I work across all business streams- planning, preparing and delivering the communications and training stream. The project is delivered under senior governance and tight timelines.

After 20+ years of working full time I'm taking a sabbatical. Managing from concept to product delivery and beyond required extensive management of internal and external clients and stakeholders.The first four years concentrated on developing new lines of business for all parts of NAB Markets, which required the management of multiple projects. All Markets projects were approved via the Group Risk Management Committee requiring presentation to this executive group on a monthly basis. As the manager of two staff and working across all stakeholder group David built strong internal networks and the confidence of his colleagues.Structured Credit Markets were the focus from 2005 to 2007, with two $1+bn CLO's (Southern Cross) brought to market, as well as numerous smaller transactions. I coordinated internal stakeholders and managed many of the practical and operational aspects of delivering these deals.From 2008 structured investment products for distribution to retail and wholesale clients were centre of attention. Building a strong product set of alternative investment, mostly in the capital guaranteed space, enabled NAB to enter a new area of the investment market. As part of a team of 6-8 David delivered many targeted products.Throughout the years, David built strong and honest relationship with broad stakeholder groups required to approve and support the introduction of new lines of business.

Major Achievements Growing direct income by over 50% from previous year (over 300% from 97/98). Extended existing on-going advisory roles and added over 25 new mandates. Developing and maintaining several key accounts with multiple repeat business. Implementation of Value at Risk approach to risk management at several entities.
