My educational background has equipped me with a solid foundation to tackle complex challenges in the field.At ABB, where I have been employed since 2014, I have held various roles including Associate Principal Engineer and Technical Lead. In these positions, I have spearheaded projects aimed at improving efficiency, productivity, and product quality. Notably, I conceptualized and led the creation process of the Power Management Library with the AC800M platform, reducing IO engineering time significantly. I also developed a product testing framework that led to a 52% reduction in defects within 2 months.My expertise extends to leading Agile teams, implementing SAFe Agile methodologies, and driving innovation.
