Responsible for managing the Digital Productions business unit and driving the achievement of corporate objectives and strategic plans. Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the effective utilization of Digital Productions' resources while setting long-term growth and efficiency goals.Key responsibilities include:Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the CEO and management team to shape and plan production activities. Identify opportunities for growth, secure key contracts and talent, and build relationships with stakeholders, serving as the primary liaison with clients.Risk Management: Taking charge of financial and operational risk management within the Digital Productions unit, ensuring compliance with regulations, mitigating potential risks, and implementing necessary measures to protect the organization.Support for Internal Businesses: Assisting internal business units with their digital production requirements by providing guidance, resources, and support to ensure smooth operations and successful execution of digital projects.Podcast and Video Production: Managing all aspects of media production, including managing external contractors, scheduling, script development, coordinating recordings, and managing and assisting in the post-production workflow. Ensuring high-quality digital products are delivered through necessary channels. Website and AWS Administration: Overseeing website administration, including development and maintenance. Managing Amazon Web Services (AWS) system administration to ensure optimal performance and security for our live video streaming services.Media LAN and Online Services Management: Administering internal media LAN and maintaining media backup systems for data security and retrieval. and overseeing online accounts. Managing corporate credit card usage.The Digital Productions Executive also provides additional assistance as required to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities are:1. Responsible for the design and construction of websites developed by Best Practice Production, a business unit of Australian Dental Association NSW Branch Ltd, for internal and external clients, including though not limited to: CPD Dental (International digital media library: cpd.dental) The Centre for Oral Health Strategy (www.cohsdentaldml.com) The BPP website (bpproductions.com.au) Multiple microsites Domestic DML – Medical Emergencies New websites as required2. Responsible for the provision of customer technical support for the following websites: CPD Dental COHS Dental Digital Media Library3. Responsible for supplying reports on appropriate statistics and business unit information to the Head of Production for key stakeholders, the Council and clients.4. Responsible for specialist advice to the Head of Production on specific Web Development and technical requirements to meet client’s specifications.
