As Executive pastor at Evangelical Free Church of Bozeman I was responsible for staff oversight and development, member of financial team and spiritual growth through Life Groups. Below are some of the accomplishments during my time in Bozeman.• Initiated and directed the process for creating a new E-Free purpose statement. .• Developed staff job descriptions and assisted staff with creating related S.M.A.R.T. goals. • Restructured ministries to move from committees to teams.• Wrote a book describing how to give focus, intentionality and develop teams for ministry.• Directed multiple Life Group campaigns including creating weekly sermon-based curriculum.

My role is developing marketing campaigns, company branding and business development.* Developed a complete branding strategy with short, medium and long term goals.* Developed processes for customer work flow.* Developed complete advertising campaign.* Outlined year long marketing campaign with specific targets.

My role included developing a clear vision, staff over sight, goal setting and implementing new programs.•Initiated and lead Vision Groups campaign that solicited congregation (25 groups, 250 participated) to identify 3 long-term organizational goals and 3 short-term goals. •Developed a 2008 mission statement, vision, values, specific goals and (as a staff team) a 5 year ministry plan.•Led Executive board and restructured our focus.
