Shift Supervisor
CurrentI have recently been promoted to the Shift Supervisor position as of June 10th. This is a position I put passion into and thoroughly look forward to every time I go into my cafe. A Starbucks Shift Supervisor is accountable for numerous responsibilities. Starting a shift begins with cash handling and counting over from the preceding supervisor or independently when opening the store. With cash handling I am responsible for secure records of cash amount consistency and overseeing responsible cash transactions. The efficiency and success of the daily function of the store relies on the intelligent and tactical execution from the supervisor staff. Every partners' responsibility is to make the moment right and as a supervisor, ensuring that mission is fulfilled with follow up with barista partners. I make sure product quality is held high with all partners and review the Starbucks standards so all customers receive the highest service and product quality.
