Manage staff of 30. • Hired two new acquisitions editors to address editorial pipeline shortage and expanded from ~100 to ~120 titles in less than two years• Closed warehouse and set up new distribution model with Longleaf Services/Ingram to create operational efficiencies, streamline expenses, and create a “zero-inventory” model• Worked with Cornell administration to sell both warehouses for $2.85 million and secure funds for a Press reserve• Expanded eBook distribution into new channels with Oxford University Press (UPSO), DeGruyter and Knowledge Unlatched• Launched a journals program and acquired three new titles• Launched Cornell Publishing as a service bureau for campus-wide publishing initiatives• Wrote two NEH Humanities Open Book grants and received $180,000 in funding to publish 77 titles in open access format• Launched CornellOpen website for Open Access titles • Acquired 10 books • Integrated Southeastern Asian Studies Program (SEAP) publications and added Indonesia journal• Selected new Press-wide database and developed implementation plan• Served on selection committee for Cornell University Librarian
