I am the Managing Director of Wright Attorneys Incorporated and specialise in civil, commercial, corporate and property law and litigation.I assist various well known property owning, investment and management companies situated both locally and internationally and have a keen interest in representing sub-contractors in the South African Built Environment, particularly in relation to the JBCC Suite of Agreements.In addition to the above, my practice experience includes drafting of various types of agreements, sectional title disputes and levy collections (including CSOS disputes), municipal law, establishment of trusts, drafting of wills, divorce law, insolvency law, eviction proceedings, debt collections, company law, company structuring (including BEE structuring), company secretarial work, criminal law and general legal practice.I am also a co-facilitator for the Diploma in International Arbitration at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
