Team Leader responsible for the hotspot and threshold analysis, site selection, coordinated customer correspondence, review of installed fleet locations for suitability and the cross examination of data recorded and handover to STW Network Control as BAU for a 15,000+ monitor fleet at private properties across the Severn Trent region in the attempt to reduce blockage ODI numbers, reduce pollutions caused by blockages and planned cleanse optimisation. Coordinated with 3rd party contractors and STW stakeholders daily throughout the project to meet client requirements. The information gathered in the project has shaped the next phase of 10,000 monitors per year for the remainder of AMP7

Responsible for the RPS Asset Management Team who have multiple high profile projects across multiple clients within the Waste Water Industry. Oversee RPS's involvement and assist Severn Trent Water with their EDM Programme. Development and creation of Excel based tools used across the company for efficiency, standardisation and accuracy.

Responsible for higher level model build activities, site supervision of large flow and asset surveys and training of Junior Technicians in model build activities. Development and creation of MapInfo and excel based tools used across the company for efficiency, standardisation and accuracy.

Starting as a Junior Technician and rapidly advancing to a more senior role, focusing on data analysis, model build and GIS. The business relies on GIS and MapInfo skills to visualise SMP and DAP outputs through interrogation and manipulation of geographic and record based data. Extensive modelling experience, assisting in over 50 model build projects during my time at Clear.
