- Supported 500+ internal employees on the IT Helpdesk at head office, as well as supporting staff at offices in Seaford, Laverton, Adelaide, Western Samoa, New Zealand & occasionally employees posted in various overseas locations- Supported Microsoft Office, SAP, Custom manufacturing & testing software (Windows based)- Diagnosed & repaired internal employee computer systems, printers & associated peripherals- Also supported the IT Department in server administration, tape backup procedures, disaster recovery, etc- Maintained the company PABX, including voice mail system & telephone line patching- Liaised with multiple external vendors regarding purchasing, warranty & maintenance agreements; including Dell Computers, Microsoft, IBM, KAZ Software, Upstream, Landmark & Centrecom- Was completing Cert IV in Training & Workplace Assessment with a view to conducting internal IT Training Courses for employees
