I am a hardworking talent that specializes in customer service, business planning, and talent development. Most of my management experience comes from the retail industry(5 years); using my problem solving, and customer service skills I exceeded my duties and increased stores CFF/CX scores. I use my People Management skills that I obtain with retail, and transitioned to Property Management. In the property management industry I held the role of Leasing Manager (3 years). As I held the role I developed and trained other leasing agents, drive and increase occupancy, in charge of marketing and social media, finalizing Application, and Community social events. I am also cross trained for Assistant Community Manager.
