Technology Analyst
Current-Organize and synthesize large amounts of information provided by stakeholders and business partners to create stories to reinforce business user perspective.-Utilize models, visual mock ups, diagrams, drawings, user cases and user story methods as tools during development intake sessions.-Design and specify innovative, solutions which meet current and potentially future business requirements allowing the business benefit to be attained.-Translate general or rough business requirements into functional requirements--communicating those requirements to technical development team verbally and through functional documentation.-Business requirements & functional requirements document creation.-Conduct Fit-Gap analysis.-Delivers recommendations based on business requirements that are best aligned with both business and IT strategic vision.-Manage continuous improvement projects--prioritizing multiple project tickets based on business critical needs.-Participate in workflow analysis and other business process analysis to identify and clarify requirements.-Participate in project vision scope analysis, creation and modification.-System and functional testing, User acceptance test facilitation, system enhancement.-Business process mapping.-Change request and test request documentation.-SDLC.
