DFCM is comprised of 190 full-time employees across the State who maintain state-owned buildings, manage construction projects, inspect buildings, facilitate real-estate acquisitions and manage leases, and provide a range of other support services.DFCM is responsible for all aspects of construction and maintenance of state buildingsDFCM assists the Building Board in developing its recommendations for capital development projects and allocating capital improvement fundsDFCM oversees all non-higher education and non-judicial branch leasesDFCM controls the allocation of State-owned space

-Conducted field work: location of boundary line evidence, performing construction layout, and collected elevation for topographic surveys - Researched previous survey evidence, maps, physical evidence and other records-Utilized GPS equipment for locating and mapping wetlands, buildings and other civil structures-Prepared CADD drawings and maps from field data, field notes, and office data required.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

Used Survey equipment to conduct Asbuilds on a developing underground mine. Set Drift lasers to ensure development accuracy.Surveyed ground support and drafted onto multiple programs such as AutoCAD, Tunel manager, and Vulcan. Worked with multiple teams to ensure proper time management and to reduce the risk of downtime. Operated multiple different heavy pieces of equipment.Conducted work while maintaining MSHA's high safety standards.

Greater Salt Lake City Area

Installed and uninstalled mine utilities such as: water pipelines , air pipelines , discharge pipelines, hard ventlines and high voltage power cables Operates multiple different pieces of equipment depending on the task at hand including Cat Haul Trucks,Normet trans mixers, scissor decks, John Deer tractors and top loaders, Gehl forklifts, and Normet powdertrucks. Daily tacks include working at the face installing high explosives, Preform daily checks and maintenance on allequipment.

• Two years of Rio Tinto Kennecott underground experience. • Daily mechanical preventive maintenance on various equipment including an RTV, Sandvik DU211TK, Sandvik DU311 TK, and the Sandvik DA 101 Rod handler. • Performed all tasks following Rio Tinto’s high safety standards. • Daily Task included: safely inspections, prepared drill stations, set up on azimuth, precollar andream desired hole angles, installed casing, seal and grouted the casing, performed various safety and quality tests and drilled various degree and depths.

• Worked as Assistant driller in the pump division team for Rio Tinto Kennecott, Newmont Long Canyon, Barrick Goldstrike, Barrick Cortez, and Newmont Leeville, Gold Core and Nemours power plants and Military camps. . • Executed multiple tests using the following equipment: a sounder, a transducer, and a sand mil and filled out the corresponding reports and permits with accuracy. • Performed general maintenance on a daily basis.• Operated power tools, hydraulic tools, cutting torch and a stick welder, and I have my 5023’s for Track hoes, Sky tracks and forklifts.• Installed in and out column pipe ranging from 2 inch to 13 inch. Installed submersible pumps.

West Valley Utah

• Worked as OSHA forklift operator and gained 4 years’ experience operating propane forklifts and battery powered forklifts.• Daily Tasks included: Unloading and bulk loading heavy pallets. And completing orders for drivers with 100% accuracy. • Promoted within six months to Supervisor and gained management experience leading a night team of 12 on a regular basis.• Tasks including testing every 30 minutes on heavy machinery with an extensive amount of attention to detail to avoid loss of product or down time. And training new hires.
