I want clients to achieve results, so I use science based research to guide my counseling. My work experience includes being the Chief Dietitian at Somerville Hospital in Massachusetts and working at Penn State as a Research Dietitian. While I was taking care of my family, I continued to stay abreast of the latest developments in nutrition as I also created an online business that I could run from home. Now that my children are older, I am excited to run my own business in the field that I love and bring my passion to help others improve their health with good nutrition.In 2015 I had a trampoline accident where I dislocated my knee and required extensive knee surgery. Becoming frailer led me to realize the importance of nutritional health for strength and longevity.
