My experience as an Office Manager, Business & Technical Consultant, and Product Support Representative include the deployment of software systems, from gathering business requirements to the successful implementation and configuration of billing and mediation systems. I enjoy using my communication and presentation skills to assist others through training and coaching as well. I have a proven track-record of solving business and process issues while working with appropriate team and management members. My more recent experience in education has made me detail-oriented, as well as process and data-driven. I manage individual learning objectives for each student while working collaboratively with team-members, administration, and parents, both in-person and remotely. I enjoy problem solving how to present complex ideas in meaningful ways to make learning enjoyable for each person. That "light-bulb" moment is what I live for!
