Participates in high-level security project discussions with Customers and FusionStorm employees.Assesses the security posture of new and existing information processing environments against numerous standards and practices. Provide operational and technical remediation steps to control objectives.Designs network security in new and existing networks.Provides critical review to other Engineer's designs as needed. Implements security products including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and various other security products.Perform comprehensive audiovisual equipment installation for clients, including low voltage wiring, trim outs, equipment rack setup, telephone systems, plasmas/lcds, projectors, audio amplifiers, digital sound processors, speakers and control systems.Perform cat6 cable pulls with testing and terminations, and be able to pull, test and terminate audio and video cables

Direct and coordinate the activities of engineers and technicians responsible for assembling, configuring, testing, packing, and documenting products in the Integration Center.Establish goals, objectives, and performance standards for the department.Develop, implement, and enhance the policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines that govern the operations of the department.Work with other departments to understand their needs and develop ways to improve business processes to enhance overall operating efficiencies.Manage the department budget.Interview and hire staff, and oversee staff training.
