Supervise the activities of Contract Management DepartmentManagement of Direct Reports as assigned, including Contract Manager(s) and Administrative Assistant(s) to include:i. Weekly one-on-one meetingsii. Development of Direct Reportsiii. Hiring and Training of Direct Reports and other department staffiv. Staff annual and monthly performance reviews, counseling records, position descriptions, independent contractor agreements, etc.Vendor relationship management for all vendors, including:i. Establishing positive, long-term working relationships with vendors contacts ii. Providing periodic vendor business reviewsiii. Managing all aspects of vendor selection and negotiations, including identification of competing telecommunications vendors.Vendor Contract Processing, including:i. Creating, approving and signing out-going cover letters and packets to clients, vendors, HUD and other partiesii. Meeting with Administrative Assistant as needed for Contract Processing.iii. Signing W9’sPlanning and facilitating bi-weekly Production Meetings and other ad hoc meetings as needed.Management reporting.Review and approval of accurate and complete Vendor Proposal Summaries and Vendor Contracts.Vendor negotiations, including Master Agreements and national vendor programs.Planning, communicating and implementing New Client Launches.Development of Policies and Procedures for Contract Management Department. Includes managing and finding improvements in workflow.Managing assigned vendors and negotiated contracts to achieve client and Choice revenue goals as determined by Choice executive management. Assigned duties are with regional and / or national vendors.

Contracts Manager Telecom manages a high volume of contracts in various stages of negotiation. Position researches, selects, negotiates and oversees project execution with telecommunications vendor services for company clients. The position prepares request for proposals (RFPs), responses to vendors, counter proposals, contract terms and conditions, vendor proposal summaries and revenue projections in preparation for presentations to clients. Position will also provide preparation and financial analysis of Vendor proposals in support of both Contract Management and Business Development Departments.
