Responsible for providing purchasing and travel management support services under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in support of our business and client needs and provides administrative support for the IACUC Committee as secretary and archiving duties as Archivist for final reports and other preclinical documentation. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and project and maintain a positive image on behalf of The Integra Group in the course of daily activities.Provide purchasing services as Purchasing Manager for Integra business requirements including; negotiate pricing, obtain and prepare quotes; create/issue purchase orders (PO); place orders; review/process requisitions verifying accuracy of receivables and packing slips with POs and approve for payment; review service summaries and monitor/follow-up on open POs. Perform inventory control function to ensure supplies are on hand as required by study directors, clients and Integra and maintain strict records for DEA controlled substances. Act as Travel Liaison as Travel Manager between Ascendas Travel and Integra, track travel costs and provide detail cost reports to CFO for budgeting and planning purposes.Provide administrative support to the IACUC Committee, Management Leadership Team and Study Directors, organize and file written materials as required.Perform Archivist duties for filing and maintaining final reports. Coordinate and support intra and inter office activities, answer phones and transfer calls, assist with new hire requirements, order business cards and office supplies/equipment, maintain and update company phone directory and organizational charts. Adhere to all Regulations, Good Laboratory Practice guidelines and procedures, and GCP, GLP, ISO and ICH standards and guidelines and support safety standards, policies and practices.
