I am in charge of interviewing, hiring, disciplining, firing, coaching, mentoring of new employees along with the help of supervisors. Supervisors are trained in HR practices and company policies. I am a member of the senior management group at Arrowhead and report directly to our owners. Safety and health also fall under my responsibilities as do employee benefits. The Employee Handbook, Pandemic Flu Plan, Affirmative Action Plan and government contracting are also things for which I am responsible.

Worked with a group of licensed psychologists and psychiatrists in establishing from the ground up and running the financial aspect of the practice. Implemented and maintained software programs and network systems, including computerized scheduling, voice activated chart notations, computerized personality testing, and electronic billing. Also maintained financial records such as profit and loss, payroll, taxes, etc. Handled personnel issues such as interviewing, hiring, disciplining, firing, etc.
