• Worked in newly formed control section in the department and had direct reporting to Division head of Tool and Die engineering of Maruti Suzuki.• Prepared Work Breakdown Structure of each process of die making project using Gantt Charts.• Prepared Dashboard for all the 10 sections in the department for monthly monitoring by senior management.• Reporting monthly work hours of each section and preparing the dashboard indicators like efficiency, rework hours, utilization of machines etc.• Coordinated with quality section for Cost Analysis of rework done in the die and documented its counter measures.• Prepared Quotation for all planned dies and calculated as well as monitored the total cost of running Dies and commissioned Dies.

• Coordinated with Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan’s Team for rework management and cost thereof for successful approval of Dies at the customer end.• Also singled handedly monitored the Manpower details like requirement, training (GETs, JETs and Lateral Entrants etc.) and manpower saving projects.• Selected and worked as Social Media Influencer for Maruti Suzuki for 1year
