As a SuccessFactors System Specialist I work within a team of 3 who are jointly responsible for the day to day running of the HR systems including SuccessFactors and C4C ticketing system providing a reliable service for over 5000 employees across the UK, Republic of Ireland, Netherlands, Czech Republic, France, and USA.Key achievements● Successful implementation of SuccessFactors across GIST on budget and within timescales● Facilitated the management of personal development, salary reviews and the processing of management bonuses through the implementation of PMGM, and Compensation and Variable Pay modules● Reduced the need for manual entry of pay rates held in employees’ compensation information, managing the risks associated with errors in pay rates. This complex project achieved a 99% accuracy rate during the parallel runKey responsibilities● Core member of the SuccessFactors implementation project team● Evaluation/configuration/testing of new functionality and data within the system including SAP quarterly releases● Quality assurance through regular audit reporting/testing.● Evaluation of potential value added through optional updates to SuccessFactors ● Ad hoc, shared and scheduled report generation for internal stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Finance) and Gist Board of Directors● Delivering ‘New User’ and ‘Reporting’ training sessions for the wider HR team, at all levels● Maintain system documentation via library of User Guides designed for end users
