Sitting and being sedentary is the new smoking! One of the biggest problems is that as people age they tend to slow down and over the age of 35 our muscle mass naturally starts reducing. Moving can be as a formal exercise class, getting outside and going for a walk (nordic walk!), doing the gardening etc....anything that raises your heart rate is good.I offer both online and face to face solutions to help and support you through your exercise journey.
