Leading a team of Application Engineers, helping both CMI & NON-CMI Customers from initial configuration selection, prototype installation validation & performance validation, throughout the product's introduction.Supporting both Service & Current Product teams in their various projects.

Responsibilities include working with CMI & non CMI customers to improve the performance, cost or ease of assemble ability, service of the aftertreatment. For both service only, current product and to pass learnings to the future project teams.Responsibilities included leading project identification and priority ranking meetings. Initial cost evaluation of savings, projected validation requirements. Using 6Sigma tools to investigate high ranked projects, record the investigation, validation and implementation of the projects.Working with customers and suppliers across the globe and working with all CES departments to deliver the projects.

Team was responsible for design changes and investigation for new product introduction, current product and service investigations.During the time we delivered Euro V and Euro VI. Helped to set up design local design teams in Brazil and China and added in skill development of our India team.

Lead a team of 6 Application engineers deliver training, consultancy work, and software installationsAssess companies CAD needs for both CATIA (R16) or ProEngineer (WildFire 4.0), installed and delivered standard training. Worked with companies to create bespoke training material and deliver the training.Consultancy work with CAD, which can involve solving modification issues on their existing models, being involved from the early design stages through to finished products, finding ways to improve and develop best practice for their business.

Worked with companies to create bespoke training material and deliver the training.Consultancy work with CAD, which can involve solving modification issues on their existing models, being involved from the early design stages through to finished products, finding ways to improve and develop best practice for their business.

Year in Industry as part of the Manufacturing Systems Engineering Degree. Utilising CAD to aid in the design, development, final manufacture, assembly drawings and maintenance documentation.Attended consultancy meetings, to obtain customer requirements. Helped to prepare customer proposals. Physical assembly of finished components and installation at the customer's site.

Day to day instrumentation maintenance checks for the nuclear board. Lead project to reduction in spurious alerts in various areas of the plant; this entailed fault finding and problem solving with problems ranging from electrical, electronic to mechanical. Project reduced spurious alarms by 60%.Lead a project to researching, designing, planning and implementing a Co2 ingress system. Implemented on one reactor prior to departure for study.

Maintaining all machines in the following areas; moulding, assembly, winding (clean room environment), and packaging. Creating temporary solutions to keep the production line running when required, and then ensured a permanent solution was available to be installed when convenient. Performing duties required for this post involved all elements of engineering; electrical, mechanical, robotic, plc programme and scheduling outages for machines to be maintained.
