Throughout my 18-year career at Conair, I have diligently served as a Human Resources Coordinator and Operations Coordinator, successfully assisting the Human Resources Department in various capacities. In my current role as a Human Resources Coordinator, I have overseen numerous company-wide initiatives, including Employee of the Month programs, Employee Engagement Committee activities, Employee Recognition Programs, Monthly Focus Groups, and Safety Committee initiatives.
