The Head of the Strategic Portfolio, Projects & Contract Management, reporting to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). Responsible for Contract Management and IM Budget Management. Within the scope of responsibility I manage and maintain the customer relationship (Internally and externally.) • Accountable for delivery of Information Management Strategic Projects to time, cost and quality, following the Project Management Process;• Accountable and Responsible for IM Portfolio Management;• Responsible for all IM Contracts (including Rebilling, Licenses etc.) and Contract Life Cycle Management;• Responsible for the Contract Performance Management, including escalation, management, conflict resolution and Contract Negotiations;• Defines and maintains KPIs: Manages inputs all Customer IM Contracts (Quotations, Proposals, etc.) and manages relationship to Customer and partner companies’ functions for all IM services delivered to the customers;• Reports achievements and escalates issues/risks to CIO and Board of Management; • Established, maintains and optimizes processes, procedures and standards for the effective operation of Projects;• Responsible for delivering project and portfolio status and reporting into senior management reviews; • Recruits, develops and motivates a team with sufficient skills to enable overall performance requirements can be achieved;• Acts as responsible for managing and maintaining the IM Cost Control process in close co-operation with all IM functions and Controlling; • Responsible for establishing and maintaining the IM budgeting process including forecasts and accruals.

• Responsible for management, performance, development & training of Tornado NETMA Project Control team• Support the IBP process for the NETMA Business• Support all PMs with the quarterly MAI process, including updating and maintaining documentation• Identify and Advise senior management if projects and programmes are running to time, cost and budget.• Responsible for the Creation of new and updating Level 0, level 1 and Level 2 Schedules, with key delivery dates• Implement and educate & provide training for the use of IPMS (MSP), and encourage the environment to work to Earned value rules • Training of Planning Staff and also internal customers• Directive creation and Management• Tornado point of contact for New Risk database• Creating Baseline Programmes, updating and maintaining on a monthly basis, in accordance with planning guidelines, on the Integrated Project Management System.• Link tasks in the schedule ensuring there is a critical and logical path• Integrated linking between schedules • Resource loading schedules• Resource profiling to ensure that the demand that is input into PDDe (Manning System) is reflective of the requirement (Previously MBURs)• Ensuring the programme complies with Earned Value rules• Analysing EV Data and producing variance reports (CPR2), identifying under/overspend and any slips.• Analyse spends on a monthly basis and advise/liaise with EPM/CAM’s if there are any anomalies.• Manage risk and opportunities on behalf of CAM/EPM or Project, including cost, impact and mitigation• Update Risk database and register in accordance with Risk Meetings and agreement, of all stakeholders involved.
