There is something to the saying "Home is where the heart is." I love helping people buy homes, whether it is their first home purchase or their last. It is the largest and most important investment people make and I can't imagine a more rewarding career than helping others to achieve that goal. I worked in real estate sales for over 15 years before getting licensed as a mortgage loan originator in 2016. Having been involved in the entire home purchase process from beginning to end helps me to better serve my clients and set proper expectations for a great customer experience. I believe in Zig Ziglar's saying "You can get everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want." My goal is to listen to the goals of my clients and help them to achieve the dream of homeownership through the most advantageous mortgage options available. I specialize in VA financing for our Veteran and active-duty members, government loans, first time buyer programs through Virginia Housing, as well as conventional financing. When I am not helping others along their path to homeownership, I am enjoying time with my family--my husband Gary, our combined 5 girls, 1 granddaughter, and our dog Kona.
