Manage all elements of the Art Directors Guild's annual awards event at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. Including: Submissions/Balloting/Voting, Staffing, Location Management, Budgeting, Insurance, Security, Tech, sponsorship sales/booklet, all printed materials and a multitude of other logistics.Manage the Art Directors Guild's summer screening series at the Egyptian/Aero Theatres.Manage the Art Directors Guild's annual Oscar Panel at the Egyptian Theatre. Manage events at the Art Directors Guild's Gallery 800. Approximately 8 opening receptions per year.Additional events include: ADG Holiday Party, Craft Mixers, Outdoor screenings, Member book signing parties and seminars.

Develop soundtrack opportunities for Columbia Records and various artists.Manage the Columbia Records Grammy Ballot.Attend Grammy vetting meeting.

Develop soundtrack opportunities for Sony Music Soundtrax which includes Columbia, Epic and Sony Classical releases. Work with artists and songwriters to find new music for film and television, to also include on the soundtrack CD release.Oversee the creation of the soundtrack marketing materials and CD packaging. Liaison with movie and TV studios to maintain the synergy and integrity of the project.
