Human Resources Specialist
CurrentProvide staffing services to non-public school systems that meet the requirements for the Emergency Assistance for Non-Public Schools (EANS) program. This program was established in the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2021 (CRRSA Act) to provide services or assistance to eligible non-public schools to address educational disruptions caused by COVID-19. This limited term part time position is primarily remote.• Verify funding and staffing approvals for eligible non-public schools throughout Wisconsin• Collaborate with schools to determine staffing needs: design allowable positions to meet the needs of the school, determine the position scope and assist schools in setting the compensation• Provide memorandum of understanding for staffing costs to schools• Complete employee of record services to ensure HR compliance and EANS Program allowability for public control of funds• Provide Human Resources and Payroll Services including a complete benefit program for eligible positions, personnel management and recruitment • Remotely onboard the staff through digital workflows
