Yes, I am both or rather all: a (face)yoga teacher, a connector, an external people manager, a comms manager. Overall making things happen, an event, a project, a change. In people and for their business. Interim projects I can do 20 hrs p/week. Account management or Communication? Or a people manager? I loved being an account manager at MSN and using communications to get things going & done for my accounts, whilst working in a team. Communication is always key, which is why I loved every role that had communication in it. As an external people manager, I take in dynamics of a team and translate them into personal growth for each team member individually. There is no name for my role.
