Business Liaison for the Maximo Convergence and Upgrade project (Release 4.1.1 to 6.2); Assisted in establishing agreed business processes and technical solutions between Walt Disney World and Disneyland Business and IT Teams; Responsible for developing use cases, test scripts, technical design documents, conversion data mapping specifications, and training materials. Created user focus groups for validation and design testing; Reviewed data migration scripts and responsible for data validation; Configured database and modified screens.

Maintained and enhanced the Maximo System, used for generating work orders for ride and park maintenance. Improved data integrity by designing and implementing an interface with the SAP HR module. Reduced data entry time by 50% by interfacing Maximo and the in-house time recording system with SAP’s Time Management module.

Implemented HR/Payroll business processes and configured the following SAP Human Resources Modules: Organizational Management, Master Data, Time Management, Benefits, Payroll, and Taxes. Also responsible for the integration with Finance and 3rd Party applications. Implemented and supported Accounts Receivable, Group Tickets, and Payroll systems. Worked with the clients to develop their requirements, generated detailed design specifications, coded software functionality, interfaces and conversions; also responsible for testing and user training. Responsible for the migration from Dunn & Bradstreet Payroll and in-house Human Resources Application to SAP HR/Payroll module.

Technical lead for the installation of Dunn & Bradstreet Software, report distribution software (SAR), and tape management (UCC1) systems. Established change management and production control procedures, developed the departmental Standards and Procedures Manual, and conducted training in the IBM environment for VAX programmers.

Worked in the USVI as an intern in the summer of 1982 and was offered a permanent position as a programmer upon my graduation. Developed and maintained programs in support of all financial systems.
