Deb's career started in technology/data networking upon receiving her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois. She had a successful career in various sales, marketing, and business development roles, working in Fortune 100 and start-up companies, creating innovative services and solutions, often first to the market. Throughout this time, real estate tugged at her heart. In 2002, Deb's lifelong passion for real estate led her back to Colorado, where she became a licensed real estate broker, Managing Partner of a general contracting company, and Owner/Partner for a semi-custom residential builder/developer. Through her family, Deb learned the power of real estate firsthand. Working alongside her father since the age of eleven, she knew the finer points of owning and renovating the family's rental properties and the power of building wealth through real estate. With a focus on changing markets and a can-do attitude, Deb opened the doors and managed her boutique brokerage firm for over two decades.
