Graduated in Business Administration from UDESC/ESAG in 2023, I am currently pursuing an MBA in People Management at USP, with completion expected by the end of 2025. During my academic journey, I had the opportunity to do an exchange program in Canada in 2022, an experience that broadened my cultural and professional horizons.Since childhood, I have always had a passion for people and developed strong communication skills, something I value and continue to improve. This passion and skill have guided me towards the field of people management, where I find great professional fulfillment.Currently, I work in people management, responsible for managing internal communication and people management projects, as well as analyzing data and presenting it to managers. I am fluent in English and Portuguese, allowing me to effectively connect and collaborate with a variety of professionals and teams.I have a strong inclination for tackling challenges and am always seeking new learning opportunities.
