Serve as a daily contact for tenants, and prospective residents. Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls and conduct property tours. Maintains thorough product knowledge of the property and competition. Accurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperwork. Assists residents with questions, maintenance requests, payment of rent or other requests on a daily basis. Collects deposits and/or fees associated with move in. Follows policies relating to but not limited to Fair Housing, Harassment and Safety standards. Supports Solari Enterprises Inc. by participating in our supportive, team environment and conveying our culture of dedicated service to our residents by providing customer service with the highest level of courtesy, honesty and integrity.
