• Responsible for comprehensive oversight and direction of all FEP SIU technical systems, selection of vendors, planning, development, operations, and Plan, PBM, and FEPSIU communications to facilitate the identification, investigation, accurate reporting, tracking, and prevention of fraud, waste, and abuse (FWA) within the Federal Employee Program (FEP) in support of FEP SIU’s mission, nationally and internationally as an industry leader in combating FWA.• Oversight of strategy, design, development, updates, and monitoring effectiveness of creative business solutions and programs to support strategic anti-fraud initiatives and provision of results consistent with stakeholder expectations, system functionality, and established processes. • Lead the development, implementation, and execution of systems, initiatives, and comprehensive programs to maintain program integrity within the FEP. • Directs activities with Vendors, Plans, PBMs, OPM's OIG, FEP Operations Center (FEPOC), and other BCBSA departments to ensure the effective delivery of strategic and mission critical activities related to business, clinical, and economic/claims anti-fraud data integration and analysis, as well as anti-fraud data repository design, implementation, and maintenance.
