I partnered with the President in the creation of TPT’s first President’s Council to develop prominent leadership for a capital campaign and cultivated key prospects.As the Director of Major and Planned Gifts at the Minnesota Orchestra, I co-managed $50 million endowment drive with Vice President for Development and secured major gifts for endowed chairs and strategic projects. Led significant growth of the Orchestra’s planned giving program grew documented future gift expectancies to $32 million. Managed $3.8 million bridge campaign to achieve improved operating results—planned and coordinated all aspects with the President and Board Chair.
