I have been employed by United HealthCare for over 25 years, with a majority of that time as an IT Professional. I’ve held various roles with various divisions of the organization, each with its own set of requirements and challenges. I have managed both large and small teams, including both onshore and offshore, and I’ve also been an individual contributor. I received a Shadow Caster Award for achieving 100% on the Vital Signs Survey directly related to my management skills. I have attended several classes to obtain additional skills such as Managing Virtual Employees, The United Manager Program training, business analysis classes, writing classes and presentation classes. I have excellent communication skills with various levels of management. I have training experience along with knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project, and am willing to learn new skills. I thrive in a busy healthy environment and as my resume’ shows, I have a vast working background.
