Entered skills of the new hires, and any step up or down in positions such as occurred during and after a Turnaround. - Compared Net Time to physical Timesheets, and if necessary requested overrides for approval from Invista Supervisor, located missing time for employees using improperly issued temporary badges and any other Timesheet discrepancies. - Allocated time for all resources to appropriate Work Order or Purchase Order, and the proper Area ID; the approving Invista Supervisor. - Assisted Payroll in entering Timesheets or awaited their approval before Accepting time in the Track Program and submitting to Invista for approval.- Advocated for Zachry over any unapproved Time, Work Orders, Skill levels or Purchase Orders with TRACK Invista Admin and/or Invista Approver.- Ran reports within the TRACK Program to verify all Available time and employees have been Allocated, Accepted and Authorized. - Used SAP to confirm status of Work Orders and Purchase Orders that are used on the Time Sheets and as part of the input into the Track system.- Assisted and worked with the Payroll Admin whether it pertained to keying in TRACK on the Payroll side, handling Payroll in the absence of the Admin, Documentation or assisting in layoff paperwork. - Responsible for training the TRACK procedures to Payroll Clerks hired for Turnarounds and also cross trained other Admins, maximizing our efficiency and productivity.- Used Microsoft Word and Excel for additional reports and communications.
