I have a wealth of experience as a community mental health Program Supervisor, with extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of adults with mental health needs or in a mental health situational crisis. I also possess extensive knowledge and experience in Psychotherapy. I am a Registered Psychotherapist; Registered Practical Nurse with a Certificate in Mental Health Nursing; Registered Social Service Worker; Addiction Specialist and Counsellor. I enjoy working with others to help them live healthy lives through therapeutic relationship building. In my free time I enjoy exploring the outdoors, cycling and kayaking.
