She is meticulous, fair and always protects the rights of patient's while judging situations for what they are correctly good, bad or otherwise. That is a mix of abilities that I personally have NEVER seen in any risk management executive and I have worked ay major facilities including a high level at a Fortune 500 company. If every risk management executive had Debbie's demeanor and moral compass the world would be a better place and less situations would become adversarial which after all is the highest compliment anyone can pay to someone who sits in Debbie's chair."
