Learning responsibilities for conducting the wing commander's programs, coordinating and caring for airmen resiliency and response, and aiding in spiritual development and formation through outreach, joint services, referral agencies, and counseling. The goal to care for others as a servant leader, living by example defines this leadership position under both personal calling and purpose.

Managed inflight refueling operations, cargo load operations, safety and emergency preparedness operations for on ground and inflight conditions.

I assisted transitioning Veterans to stable careers, aided in their financial well being with strategic job counseling, resume building, interviewing practices to include one on one sessions with interview tactics and active listening engagement. It was my honor to serve a diverse collective of individuals in their career goals and to help them ascend into the trades, services, and more post service, retirement, and military separation. Additionally, it was my pleasure to connect veterans with veteran services within their communities such as transportation, education, library services, GI benefits, and activities to reintegrate veterans whose pasts may have included trauma, substance abuse, and homelessness.

Served the Elmhurst College Community Music Preparatory Program and Collegiate School of Music as both a community and collegiate instructor for students of all ages, experience levels, and developmental spectra to include students with special needs and abilities on the Spectrum. Outside of hundreds of private lessons, I taught over 120 students a semester in root coursework in the form of Class Piano: A baseline and developmental piano course which elevates the beginner to post-intermediate skills to use in respective classrooms and studios as soloists, educators, and innovators.Alternatively to piano, I was instrumental in launching a grass-roots string ensemble for 22 collegiate performers whose access was limited to the larger Symphonic ensemble. I also singlehandedly launched, advertised for, supplied music, provided instructors and instruction for, and turned a profit for the Preparatory Program with my 'Young Pianists' Camp'. The camp was the only one featured in the Midwest, and featured classical courses, jazz theory and improv, private lessons, international music, and ensembles led by award winning educators to include Grammy Award Winner: Doug Beach and moreFinally, in addition to the hundreds of students instructed over my nearly ten years at Elmhurst, I had the honor of helping a fellow musician recover from a devastating accident by launching a fundraiser on his behalf which raised over $6000 in one evening thanks to auction collections donated from area shops, personally arranged sets of small ensemble musicians and volunteers; to include members from the Grant Park Symphony, coordinating a donated venue: 'McNally's' in Elmhurst: whose generous donation of hospitality, food, and venue allowed myself and all the servers I volunteered with to serve and donate 100% of all tips earned to aid in covering his inumerable medical expenses.
