I started as an administrative assistant to Client Services. I was then promoted to executive assistant to the Vice President of the company, only after 6 months with the company.My current position is Communication Specialist. I work closely with the CEO, President, Vice President, and each department manager. I have a variety of skills that allow me to collaborate with each department and provide adequate support when needed.My responsibilities at The Holman Group is to create, re-design, and provide all marketing materials for our employees, clients, and contractors. Anything that involves communicating with people, that is my job.I also support the Client Services department on daily tasks, such as speaking with clients, managing cases, and attending health fairs, open enrollments, and benefit orientations.I also work closely with Human Resources and collaborate to increase employee morale and appreciation.
