I have been a Registered Nurse and Midwife for the majority of my career and for many years now have worked as Principal Counsellor in my own business,, Perth Counselling & Psychotherapy.My therapeutic approach is informed by Gestalt, Attachment, Gottman couples theory and Polyvagal theories. In my counselling practice I work with individuals and specialise in working with couples who may be dealing with a relationship crisis due to infidelity or wanting to improve their communication and relationship or are at a point of separation and are seeking support to do this as amicably as possible. As a Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator I provide the 8 week course for individuals and couples who require an individualised program in person or remotely via Zoom.
