I am an experienced information manager who has worked at senior level in public and academic libraries across Australia and in Vietnam. I have extensive experience in leading and managing library services, strategic projects, collections, facilities, staff, and resources to deliver value and impact. In have successfully delivered major library transformation projects. Currently I am delivering change management services to a large library systems project at Vision Australia. I have also delivered change support for government and business clients as part of a change consultancy. I am a strategic and critical thinker with a strong background in transforming vision and strategy into sound operational plans. I bring to the table a focus on planning, human-centred design, excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. I have strong leadership, engagement, relationship building, and communication skills and an ability to bring people along with me on the transformation journey.
