During an extremely varied career as a model and actress and working in corporate hospitality at many sporting events, football stadiums and banking conferences, I trained as a psychometric profiler 17 years ago.I have been working as a psychometric profiler, specialising in DISC and a trainer for over 15 years and previous clients include individuals within marketing, beauty, the charity sector, law and finance and companies such as the Fourfront group, Berkeley Homes, Kroll Ontrack, Alfred McAlpine, Seafish Industries and Lloyds Bank.I'm currently running courses teaching the DISC psychometric profiling system. I am looking to work as an associate for companies wanting trainers and/or role-players, where I get a chance to flex my acting muscles too!I have run training courses based on the four different personality types from DISC. My signature course is, 'How to Read Others and Modify Your Behaviour.' This also forms the basis for many other courses such as 'Assertiveness training' & Sales training. My modelling and event experience has been invaluable in helping me to speak to different types of people and to be positive when training. The acting means that I love performing and training is definitely a form of performance! My team leader and event supervisor background has shown me how much I care about people’s experience at work and how much I enjoy helping them to solve their problems and conflicts with others.
