In my capacity as an audit manager, I was assigned to audit various medium and large sized multinational audit clients, mainly serving clients in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. My duties and responsibilities lie in planning, coordinating and executing external audits of various audit clients.I was actively engaged in the review and evaluation of the internal accounting controls systems, testing of transactions and balances and the preparation of financial statements and reports to management. Identifying potential internal controls weaknesses or financial risk issues and communicating recommendations for areas of improvements to management on a timely basis.Moreover, having collaborated with global audit offices to complete audits of various US companies, I have general knowledge in US GAAP accounting, PCAOB standards and requirements, and am accredited in performing US GAAP audits.
