Working with a team consisting of a subject matter expert (SME - faculty), graphic designer, video/flash producer, and instructional coach to develop outstanding learning experiences for our students. Responsible for the successful execution of online learning best practices and design according to the Post University learning model. The instructional designer plays a critical role in leading the creation of master online courses that are developed with SMEs to ensure consistent high quality of learning experiences, content, and outcomes while being taught by many other full- and part-time faculty.
