Led 200 person inbound sales and service call centre. During this assignment my focus was to improve the employee satisfaction indicators, sales results, and reduce absenteeism. I am pleased to say that this was accomplished. Employee morale scores saw the single largest jump in the history of the centre, and the centre won it's first national sales campaign. Absenteeism was also markedly reduced. This growth assignment was an extremely positive experience.

I managed the HR function for TD's large and dynamic electronic banking channel. My team and I supported 5 diverse channels and their teams, operating out of 3 provinces. All facets of HR from recruitment, employee relations, consultation on org design, managing change, administering HR programs, leading projects, counselling VP's, managers, and employees. In this position I received the "Award of Excellence" and "Top Performer" award.

In this position, I facilitated professional development workshops to head office managers in London and Toronto. Topics included: hiring, coaching & performance review, working styles, problem solving, developing others, and process improvement.

Provided HR generalist support to branch managers and employees in Southwestern Ontario region. Travelled to branches and conducted on site visits in order to provide face to face support and gauge employee morale. Also created and managed the regional management trainee program.
