Focal point for Global and Local clients in HSBC Brazil for Cash Management related issues, I give support to their daily cash operations focusing on giving the best quality on the bank/client relationship, acting together with the bank Products and Sales team in order to provide the fastest resolution of the demands. I do visit clients to maintain the good relationship with the bank, also I do monthly conference calls to show each one of them the numbers of cash management transactions done with HSBC Brazil in Client Services.

Acting together with clients that hold business in Latin American Countries which treasury operations are centralized in one of the region countries where Santander has local presence (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Porto Rico, Peru and Uruguay). I work in partnership with the local teams of each country in the solution of the demands sent by the clients. Elaborate reports about the demands to control what is being done by each country teams.

I started working at the bank as an intern on July 2006, my work was helping the clients that had doubts on accessing the Internet Baking, navigate the website (Real Internet Banking) and consult account information, after 4 months as an intern I was contracted and my responsibilities were check the processing of payment files, collection files, identify errors and analyze the layout from the products.
