With a degree in Marketing and Advertising, I have over 8 years of experience, merging these concepts to achieve results wherever I've been.I began by heading the creation of a Customer Support department in the Marketing of a fintech startup. In this role, I experienced how vital technology is for a positive customer experience. By working closely with the product and development teams, I achieved remarkable outcomes, including an above-average NPS.Today, I'm engaged in marketing, content production, and social media for a technology consultancy. My focus is on crafting experiences that foster brand connections, promoting technology products and software development. Through this work in branding and performance, the company has begun attracting more leads, alongside increased engagement and visibility on social media.A common thread is my passion for creating experiences, a love fostered by the Walt Disney Company. In 2018, I embarked on a professional exchange, working in the entertainment complex stores in the USA.
